Committee Setup

The Set up page (Alt+1) is your committee's control panel. Check it before your session starts.

The left column shows the current agenda item, state of debate and status, plus a Majorities card. It lists how many delegations are present, the current simple and two-thirds majorities, and how many sponsors a paper needs (10% of those present, rounded up). The same cards appear on the other chair pages.

Set Status / State of Debate

The Change status and State of Debate cards embed the same controls you get with Alt+S and Alt+D. See Agenda & State of Debate for details on both.

Agenda Item

A dropdown lists every agenda item, and a + button lets you add a new one by typing its title. Switching or adding an agenda item is instant, with no confirmation needed.

Presentation Mode

The Presentation View card controls the shared screen:

  • Open Presentation View (Alt+P) opens or refocuses the shared screen meant for a projector.
  • Enter Fullscreen appears on platforms that support it and works once the presentation window is open.
  • Layout: choose Default Layout or Layout for Small Screens, depending on your room's display.
  • Two font size sliders (10 to 50, previewed live): one for the base font size and one for the resolution text. These are separate, so you can size the resolution text differently from everything else on screen.
  • Display Regional Blocs: toggle whether regional-group breakdowns appear on the shared screen.

See Presentation Mode for what actually shows up automatically as your session progresses.

Self-add to Speakers List

Toggle whether delegates and non-state actors can add themselves to speakers lists directly, instead of you adding everyone manually. It is off by default. Check with your Secretariat if you're unsure which is expected.

Requests

The Requests card turns digital requests on or off: "Allow delegates and non-state actors to send requests (e.g. points of order or motions) to the chairs." It is off by default. When you turn it on, a Requests tab appears in the dock and delegates get a Requests card on their committee page. See Requests.

Neither this card nor Self-add to Speakers List is shown in the offline demo.

Whiteboard

A preview of the committee's shared whiteboard, with an Edit button. See Whiteboard for how to write, upload images, and add a QR code.
